These renovated buildings were once in the heart of the downtown Kingsport area, now part of the historical zone. The original exterior of the buildings have been restored to the original appearance.
The Kingsport CentreÁoffice complex was completed in 1987. It meets all current building codes for fire, electricity and handicap needs. Features now include thermopane windows, new steel and concrete construction, an elevator and 25 separate new heat pump systems for heating and cooling the individual office spaces.
The interior has been completely redesigned and rebuilt transforming it with a centrally located glass roof atrium area and a fountain and trees that give a warm and inviting feel to you and your clients when you enter.
Some of our tenants use the office space as a primary office and some use the space as a secondary office for better service to their Kingsport area Tri-Cities clients.
